1. Returns
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 10 days of receiving your order. Here's how:
- Contact our customer support team within 10 of receiving your order to request a return.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to reflect in your account.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 10 of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
5. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has already been fulfilled, you will need to initiate a return following the instructions above.
